    [Lingayen] ▬ Gotham City Cafe

    Gotham City Cafe

I was scouting for restaurants along the Maramba Boulevard in Lingayen until I saw this with its distinct yellow business signage. That moment, I knew it was a restaurant, LOL!

This restaurant is an extension of the bigger the President's Hotel and if you order a food, it comes from the latter.

The restaurant is anime-themed. Images of superheroes are posted on the walls. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

P.S. They offer free videoke if you'll eat here. So ibirit mo na!

    Location/Address/Opening and Closing Time

As I've said, this is located along the Maramba Boulevard, or simply, the Boulevard. Its location is near the tourist attractions in town like the Capitol Building, the Lingayen Beach (not the Lingayen Bitch(es) and the Veterans Park.

The restaurant is open 24 hours a day.

    What to Expect?

The restaurant is accessible. It is air-conditioned even though your hair is not hair-conditioned. As to the service, I'll give 7 over 10. Food? 8 over 10. The place is clean and tidy; the restroom too!

[Lingayen] ▬ Toro-Toro Eating Along Avenida Rizal East

    TORO-TORO ALONG RIZAL AVENUE EAST

Toro-Toro in Lingayen's Rizal Avenue East

Do you want to experience the local scene while in Lingayen? Well, head in front of the Lingayen Catholic Church at night and you'll know where the locals go! Goooora na!

Here, you'll enjoy the dashing belfry lighted at night while eating your food.

Location, Address, Opening and Closing Time

As I've said, this is along Rizal Avenue East in front of the Lingayen Catholic Church. This local food hub becomes alive from 6pm up to midnight.

    What to Expect?

Expect vehicles passing by. Expect to see different kinds of people. Don't expect sosyal plates, glass or whatsoever. So far, I didn't suffer from diarrhea so I would say this is a safe place for the tummy.

Of course that this is a noisy place. There are tables along the streets where you can dine. They offer cheap food.

[San Fernando] ▬ Kawbin's Restaurant: Chinese Flavors in La Union

    Kawbin's Restaurant

I felt like I wanted to cry when I discovered this restaurant. I wanted to cry not because I am a former dramatic actor (for blog purposes only, shhhh) and not because this restaurant is sentimental but because I was sooo hungry! Akala mo ha! 'Wag kang assuming! Juicecolored! Opkors, who won't cry if you have nothing to eat? But because I found this restaurant, I only 'wanted' to cry, so I did not cry at all. Juicecolored.

Kawbin's is I think a favorite food house in San Fernando because compared with other restaurants I've visited in La Union which are nilalangaw na talaga because of few customers, this one is so bonggang bonggang Bongbong! Well, this is based on my experience. I don't know how it will turn out to you. Baka naman you went here during closing time. Of course, there will be no customers. Juicecolored. Kain pa ng mais at popcorn!

The genre of this restaurant is oriental, like more of Chinese food. So pamper yourself with Chinese flavors because definitely, these food were NEVER made in China. Juicecolored!

Location, Address, Opening and Closing Time

Kawbin's opens from 9am to 10 pm located along Quezon Avenue (National Highway) in the city of San Fernando in La Union.

    What to Expect

I said this is an oriental restaurant. So expect that you are obobs if you're looking for pasta here. Don't expect burgers! Don't expect shawarma and everything under the sun, and the moon and the sky! Kalmaaaaaa!

What to Eat Here? Cheaper than 100 pesos

[San Fernando] ▬ North Mandarin Hotel and Restaurant

    NORTH MANDARIN HOTEL AND RESTAURANT

So, yes! This is a hotel baby! But if you think this place is expensive for food, no wayyyyyy! There are some affordable food you can buy here. I found this hotel when I was not satisfied with what I ate at CAFE ESPERANZA for lunch.

I came here to satisfy my craving, and alleviate my hunger. Warning: I am still cute even I'm hungry. Juicecolored.

So I was walking along the busy National Highway of the City of SAN FERNANDO until I was napalingon with the restaurant. Ay! May tao! So since I am also a tao, I entered the restaurant. There were only 3  of us to think the hotel restaurant is so huge and it is lunch time. Why only three of us? Kebbbbs!

    THE MENU COVER

This hotel restaurant is conveniently located along the National Highway of San Fernando City - mismong sa downtown. So why go to the barrio? LOL! Tawa pa! Sige na!

The restaurant opens at 8 in the morning and closes at 9 in the evening. Still, no one can beat 7-11. The official puyaterz store. Hihihi.

    FACADE OF THE RESTAURANT

Expect a bit more expensive meal. Although there are palagutom food that I discovered here, these food can still be purchased in a lower price from some restaurants. Of course, what do you expect? This is a hotel-based restaurant so expect to expect an expected-ly expected expectation of a price-y food.

Also expect that the ambiance would be relaxing. When I went here, there were few people (actually only 3 of us). So, you can emote here if you feel like you're a drama queen. Batukan kaya kita! Juicecolored!

SPECIAL HALO-HALO | SWEET AND SOUR PORK RICE TOPPINGS

[San Fernando] ▬ Cafe Esperanza in La Union

    CAFE ESPERANZA

Ehem! Lalalala! Wala lang no. I just feel the goodvibes! Lalalala. Dobidobido (Ah. ha. ha. ha. ha - whistle yan ha, parang Mariah).

Bahahaha! Eniwey, I want to blog about Cafe Esperanza because I have no other things more to blog, haha! Tawa pa! Sige pa!

Cafe Esperanza is never related to the teleserye Esperanza by Judy Ann Santos. Wag ka! But whenever you want to go to the city plaza of LA UNION, you'll notice this one. It is very accessibe, parang 'yong bunganga mo lang, LOL!

    INTERIOR OF CAFE ESPERANZA

Location, Address, Operating Hours: This restaurant is located in the heart of the city of SAN FERNANDO in La Union at the corner of Gen Luna and Gomez Streets near the city plaza and Mabanag Hall. The restaurant is open daily from 7am to 7pm.

    THE SIGNAGE

What to Expect: They usually serve snacks, I mean, not chichirya. It is more on merienda type. Don't expect a wi-fi (as of this post). Don't expect a movie theater and lalong-lalo na to not expect a free meal, #Corny #Corney pa. But the interior is so vintage in feel. It is not air-conditioned. Most likely, it is al fresco type. The natural air is really nice. Natural light is very nice too.
